Head of Marketing

  • Experience - Experience of 10-15 years in the Real Estate Sector
  • Experience of working with Prestigious builders (preferably Bhopal)
  • Well versed with Social Media Marketing/Online marketing channels
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and reporting online
  • Flair of dealing with HNI and NRI clients

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve periodic sales targets
  • Prepare and execute the overall Marketing Strategy to ensure site visit and conversion
  • Lead and train the team of marketing executives
  • Negotiate and finalise all sales deals with customers
  • Handle offline and inline advertising channels with regular follow-up
  • Coordinate the preparation of advertising collaterals
  • Ensure the upkeep and management of the Sample Houses
  • Coordinate Corporate and upcountry sales plans
